Each knife is crafted from Japanese 420J2 stainless steel, cold-tempered and hardened to 53 HRC on the Rockwell scale, ensuring durability and precision. The blades are double-sharpened at a 15–20° angle, providing a long-lasting edge and clean cuts.

The blades feature a matte black, antimicrobial ceramic coating, inspired by Damascus steel, which protects against stains and wear while facilitating food release. Their balanced construction, crafted from a single piece of stainless steel with an integrated weight for optimal balance, ensures stability and control during cutting.

The hollow, asymmetrical handle with MicroDot® technology targets pressure points in the hand for a comfortable and secure grip. The set is presented in an elegant tempered glass block, allowing you to store and showcase the knives on your countertop.
